Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Sayaji Corporate Office. The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, provide executive support, and handle diary management and communication. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements while ensuring efficient office operations.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Diary Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Preferably from Mumbai
  • Preferably from Hospitality Industry.
