Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the Managing Director's diary, and performing various administrative support tasks. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and coordination of the Managing Director’s activities and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
• Experience in Diary Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Previous experience supporting senior executives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
