Executive Assistant to Managing Director

You will be working as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at BlackMatter Builders & Developers LLP, a prominent construction and real estate development company in Thrissur, Kerala. In this full-time on-site role, your primary responsibility will be to offer high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. This will involve managing diaries and schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and assisting in various executive functions to ensure smooth operation and support for the Managing Director. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, along with proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management. Exceptional Communication skills are crucial, as well as excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. The ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, proficiency in office management software and tools, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field are also required qualifications. Experience in the construction or real estate industry would be advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in driving is preferred.
