Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Director in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and maintains a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.

Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.

Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.

Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
