Job Overview

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
  • This position is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup, who are looking to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced, leadership-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently
  • Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, reports, and presentations with clarity and accuracy
  • Coordination & Follow-ups: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication
  • Travel & Logistics: Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips
  • Operational Oversight: Assist in monitoring ongoing projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
  • Documentation & Record Management: Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance

Skills & Attributes: Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a manufacturing or process-based environment
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); working knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
  • Skills in Power BI are an added advantage
  • Behavioral Attributes: Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and adaptability
  • A proactive professional who thrives under pressure, manages multiple priorities effectively, and communicates with clarity and confidence
