Executive Assistant to Director

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Managing Director (MD) . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative support, excellent MS Excel skills, and the ability to manage travel arrangements and office documentation efficiently. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle travel bookings including flights, hotels, and itineraries. Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems. Prepare reports, Excel sheets, and presentations as needed. Draft emails and communication on behalf of the MD. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or assistant role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting). Good command over Hindi and English (spoken and written). Typing speed of at least 35–40 words per minute . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
