Executive Assistant to CEO - FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director (MD)
• Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications
• Handle confidential company information with discretion and professionalism
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Accompany and travel on behalf of MD domestically and internationally as needed
• Fluent communication in South Indian languages and English to handle diverse ethnic team coordination
• Support overall office management and act as a trusted gatekeeper for the MD

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or PA, preferably supporting senior management
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in South Indian languages and English
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including international travel
• Professional demeanor with problem-solving capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹296,617.74 - ₹1,229,715.77 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
