As an Executive Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level support to senior management. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing schedules, calendars, travel plans, meetings, and appointments for senior leadership - Drafting and managing professional communication, emails, and follow-ups with internal teams and external clients - Acting as a bridge between management, departments, and clients to ensure seamless information flow - Organizing, attending, and taking minutes of meetings; ensuring action items are followed up - Preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as required - Handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion and integrity - Professionally attending to guests and managing calls on behalf of management To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Presentable and confident in client-facing and internal interactions - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment - High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, English, or a related field - Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar coordination role - Female candidates are preferred Please note that travel reimbursement is available for this position.,
