Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the MD by preparing performance dashboards, sales analytics reports, and key business metrics.Manage and analyze data from CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to provide actionable insights on customer engagement, pipeline, lead conversion, and revenue generation.Monitor and track key KPIs for sales teams, channel partners, and product-wise performance.Prepare presentations, business reviews, and strategic reports for board meetings and internal leadership updates.Follow up on action items from MDs meetings, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely closures.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline data flow and performance reporting.Perform market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to support business growth strategy.Serve as a liaison between MD and internal/external stakeholders ensuring professional communication and confidentiality.Support the MD with calendar management, meeting planning, travel logistics, and event coordination when needed.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.4-7 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Executive Assistant to CXO, or in Business Intelligence roles.Proven expertise in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.Proficiency in data analysis tools Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau, Google Sheets, etc.Strong analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and draw business conclusions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability.Experience working with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
