Be Body Wise

, is an online womens elective health platform, serving 4M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys

is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

About The Role

Were on the lookout for a young, sharp, and dynamic Executive Assistant to work closely with our US HOD/CEO. If you love being the goto person who keeps things running smoothly, thrives in fastpaced environments, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease this role is for you.

What Youll Do

Own the calendar: scheduling, travel, and making sure the CEOs day flows seamlessly
Be the bridge: coordinate with internal teams and external partners, keeping communication crisp and clear
Prep like a pro: reports, presentations, meeting notes all organized and on point
Track projects and followups, ensuring deadlines dont slip
Handle confidential info with maturity and discretion
Jump in on events, client meetings, and team activities when needed

What Were Looking For

3 to 4 years of experience as an EA or in a similar role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Techsavvy (MS Office/Google Workspace) and quick to learn new tools
Professional yet approachable, reliable, and proactive
Someone whos ambitious, adaptable, and ready to grow with us
