Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Company Secretary and Head Legal. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings (including Board meetings), liaising with Directors, Senior Management, and other stakeholders, and handling documentation and administrative tasks for the Secretarial & Legal team.

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Department: Secretarial & Legal

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, including Board meeting arrangements.
Liaise with Directors, Senior Management, and other stakeholders.
Process invoices and maintain documentation records.
Bookkeeping and organized filing of legal and secretarial documents.
Coordinate and schedule internal meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the Secretarial & Legal team.
Handle any other tasks assigned by the team.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce.
6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
