Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant in the International Marketing department, located in Borivali. The role includes managing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating marketing activities, preparing presentations, executing international marketing strategies, and organizing schedules and appointments. The Executive Assistant will also support the team in administrative functions and maintain clear communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Presentations, Organization, and general administrative support
• Proficiency in Marketing and International Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external clients
• Detail-oriented with exceptional Organization and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a marketing or executive assistant role focused on international markets is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
