Job Description

We are seeking reliable and well-organized Executive Assistants to support senior management with day-to-day tasks, coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidates should be trustworthy, mature, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and organizational support to management.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings as needed.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Maintain files, records, and confidential information with utmost care.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in office operations, follow-ups, and task tracking.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of management.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks and be proactive in problem-solving.
• Support in event coordination, vendor communication, and task management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Female candidates preferred; married and settled, staying near Gurgaon office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly trustworthy, responsible, and discreet.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
• Professional, calm, and presentable personality.
