Job Description


  • Acting as the right hand to the Partner/Director, handling:
    • Calendar management
    • Domestic & international travel coordination
    • Meeting scheduling & preparation of Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
  • Managing overall office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Acting as a bridge between the leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintaining confidential records and communication
  • Supporting in basic tasks related to taxation and compliance (preferred)

🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience working as an EA or Admin in:
    • CA firms, legal firms, consulting firms, BFSI, or professional services industry
  • Familiarity or prior exposure to taxation-related documentation or coordination
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality
