Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in a reputed construction company. The ideal candidate should be confident, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives
• Handling emails, phone calls, and professional correspondence
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
• Coordinating meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Maintaining records, files, and confidential documents
• Assisting in day-to-day office administration tasks
• Liaising with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Ensuring smooth communication between management and departments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Professional attitude with attention to detail
