Office Administration

·        Cooperate with HR & Administration Manager on local facility.

·        Maintain database of suppliers and service providers

·        Procure office furniture and supplies.

·        Record all incoming invoices in register, gaining appropriate approval where necessary, and forward to finance

department in a timely fashion.

·        Manage the Branding Stationary and liaise with vendors.

Assistant

·        Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with designers.

·        Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

·        Arrange and Coordinate meetings and events.

·        Liaise with Internal Staff
