Executive Assistant & Creative Head

**Job Title:** Executive Assistant & Creative Head **Location:** Surat **Company Overview:** Okabana is a growing café chain committed to delivering Maxican food experiences through creativity, innovation, and excellence. We are looking for a versatile **Executive Assistant** who will directly support the Owner and Creative Head in both operational efficiency and brand innovation. **Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):** 1. **Executive Support to Owner** * Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for the Café Owner. * Draft professional communication, emails, and reports. * Coordinate with partners, and internal teams on behalf of the Owner. * Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.  2. **Creative & Brand Support** * Assist Creative Head in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and content creation. * Coordinate photo shoots, social media creatives, and branding activities with Digital marketing company  * Research food, café, and design trends to suggest innovative ideas. * Ensure café interiors, menu designs, and promotions align with brand guidelines.  3. **Project & Event Management** * Assist in planning and execution of new café launches or seasonal campaigns. * Coordinate special events, collaborations, or workshops. * Maintain checklists, budgets, and timelines for creative project  * 4. **Personal Assistance** * Provide end-to-end assistance to the Owner for professional & limited personal tasks (only café-related). * Handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently with ownership and proactiveness.  *Skills & Qualifications:* * Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. * 1 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Creative Coordinator / Brand Executive. * Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati preferred). * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Creative mindset with interest in cafés & food industry. * Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Photoshop (basic), and social media platforms. ## **What We Offer:** * Direct mentorship under Founder & Creative Head. * Exposure to both creative and strategic side of café industry. * Growth-oriented role with opportunities to contribute to brand-building
