Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant (Corporate & FEMA Compliance) located in Ahmedabad. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting in ROC filings, drafting of various documents and FEMA & RBI compliance for ODI / FDI transactions. He will be responsible for handling these matters and reporting to respective partner. Experience in corporate and FEMA compliance is preferred.

• CS Executive / Professional Student

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software
