Role & Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and troubleshoot conflicts to ensure the executive's schedule runs smoothly.
• Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and draft professional correspondence like memos and reports. They may also handle communications between the executive and clients or partners.
• Arrange all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and manage associated itineraries and expenses.
• Create and maintain organized filing systems for both paper and electronic documents. They may also be responsible for preparing presentations and summarizing information.
• Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information/Documents

Skills

· Graduate from any discipline

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Well worse with Hindi & English language

· Strong communication skills & extrovert

• Proficiency with office software and technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
