The Senior Executive - Architecture supports the design and execution of hospital infrastructure projects. The role focuses on preparing architectural drawingscoordinating with multidisciplinary teamsensuring regulatory complianceand contributing to efficientsafeand patient-centric hospital environments.
Prepare conceptschematicand construction drawings for hospital projects.
Develop detailed and coordinated architectural layouts in consultation with the Manager - Architecture.
Ensure compliance with NBC 2016local building regulationsand healthcare design standards.
Work closely with MEPFstructural consultantsand design teams for integrated project delivery.
Support multidisciplinary coordination to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams for layout optimization and design discussions.
Assist in preparing statutory drawings and documentation for government approvals.
Participate in site visits to monitor architectural execution and adherence to design intent.
Support standardization effortsBOQ alignmentand compliance with project specifications.
Engineeringbiomedicalfacility teamsproject managementand hospital operations.
Government authoritiesplanning bodiesregulatory agenciesarchitectsand design consultants.
Bachelor s or Master s in ArchitectureCivil Engineeringor Healthcare Infrastructure Planning.
2-5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital design.
Proficiency in AutoCADSketchUpPhotoshopMS Office.
Knowledge of building codeshealthcare planning guidelinesand material specifications.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to travel for site reviews and project needs.
Proficiency in English.
