Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:

To check feasibility of new properties as per brand guidelines
To plan customer circulation in and around the building
To draw design options for proposed store
To check Vastu of new property and suggest correction.
Hold meeting with Property manager/landlord/developer to agree on new store design.
To do quality checking of drawings before releasing
To be able to manage multiple projects & submit within timelines.
Occasional travel to outstation may be required.

Required Skills & Competencies

AutoCad expertise for designing building layouts
Excellent in oral & written communication skills
Quality check drawings
