As an Architectural Staffing Planner at our company, your role will involve: - Preparing architectural staffing plans to ensure efficient project execution - Developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets for timely delivery - Creating scale drawings and contract documents using computer-assisted design software - Overseeing the preparation of plans to meet the project requirements - Developing Technical and Price proposals to secure new projects for the Civil Department - Performing Quality Control Reviews to maintain high standards - Keeping up-to-date with current industry software for efficient workflow In this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications: - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, 3d Studio, Adobe Photoshop - Ability to manage multiple projects within set budgets and timelines - Strong skills in drafting architectural plans with high-quality detailing - Proficiency in Photo Realistic Rendering for realistic representations - Effective coordination with customers during design and construction phases - Conducting on-site visits to ensure project alignment with designs - Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities for creative solutions - Expertise in layout, color, lighting, and materials selection - Knowledge of MEP and structural design for comprehensive project understanding If you have a total of 5 years of relevant work experience, a willingness to commute to Thrissur, Kerala, and the ability to relocate as needed, we encourage you to apply for this full-time, permanent position.
