As a Design Assistant at our company, you will play a key role in supporting the development of design concepts, presentations, and client meetings. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers on various design projects, utilizing your creativity and technical skills to create detailed drawings, floor plans, and design specifications using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. Your responsibility will also include selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept, as well as participating in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design integrity. Additionally, you will be managing project documentation and maintaining organized project files. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of design concepts, presentations, and client meetings. - Collaborate with senior designers and project managers on various design projects. - Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and design specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. - Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept. - Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design integrity. - Manage project documentation and maintain organized project files. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 1-2 years of professional experience. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape. - Strong understanding of color theory, materials, and current design trends. - Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
