Job Title: Architect (2-4 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layout plans for residential projects.
Prepare
detailed drawings
, working drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
Perform
draughtsman-level drawing work
with accuracy and attention to detail.
Create and update
AutoCAD drawings
and assist in design development.
Collaborate with project managers, structural and MEP consultants to ensure design consistency.
Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections to resolve design-related queries.
Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Manage timelines and deliver high-quality drawing sets for residential architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
2–4 years of professional experience
, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD
; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D tools is a plus.
In-depth understanding of
architectural design, detailing, and residential planning
.
Ability to prepare high-quality
detailed and working drawings
.
Strong visualization, technical drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet project deadlines.
