Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  24x7 India Ground Transport Operations

• Oversee daily transport activities including

  fleet management, logistics planning, and route optimization

• Ensure compliance with

  transportation laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Monitor and analyze

  KPIs

  ; implement continuous improvement and corrective actions
• Lead

  driver safety initiatives

  , training programs, and incident investigations
• Develop and manage

  transport budgets

  , cost controls, and financial efficiency initiatives
• Identify and implement

  cost-saving opportunities

  without compromising safety or service quality
• Optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  
• Prepare and present

  operational and financial reports

  to senior leadership
• Develop and implement

  transport strategy

  aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  
• Leverage

  data analytics, BI tools, and transport management systems (TMS)

• Stay updated with

  emerging transport technologies and industry trends

• Recruit, train, and mentor the transport operations team; build a high-performance culture
