Overview

The Transport Administrator plays a vital support role in daily transport operations. This position is responsible for coordinating vehicles, maintaining essential records, and ensuring the delivery of smooth and efficient transportation services. The role requires proactive coordination with drivers, vendors, and internal teams, with a strong focus on compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily

  vehicle schedules

  and fulfill transport requirements.
• Maintain accurate

  transport documentation

  , including fuel logs and

  vehicle maintenance records.

• Ensure strict

  adherence

  to all company

  transport policies

  and statutory regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison with drivers and external transport vendors to

  ensure seamless operations.

• Monitor

  and

  track vehicle servicing

  , documentation status, and

  repair schedules.

• Generate

  fundamental

  transport reports

  and efficiently

  address related inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Graduate degree or

  Diploma in Logistics, Administration, or a relevant field.

• Previous experience in fleet management or transport administration is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Working Details:

• Location: Sector-18 Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana
• Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Night Shifts | 2 Week-Offs
• Eligibility: 1-3 Years of Experience
• Work from Office.
