Executive Accounts

As an Accounts Executive at our company, your role will involve preparing accurate and timely financial statements, managing all accounting transactions, and conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations. You will also be responsible for preparing budget forecasts, analyzing financial statements for discrepancies, and reviewing inter-company transactions. Your duties will include reconciling balance sheet accounts, conducting regular ledger maintenance, and reinforcing financial data confidentiality. Additionally, you will be handling all statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and PF working, along with the timely closure of statutory audit and resolving audit queries. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements - Manage all accounting transactions - Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations - Prepare budget forecasts - Analyze financial statements for discrepancies - Review inter-company transactions and generate invoices - Reconcile balance sheet accounts - Conduct regular ledger maintenance - Ensure financial data confidentiality - Handle all statutory compliances - Timely closure of statutory audit - Resolve audit queries - Finalization of individual accounts - Prepare computation of income tax return - Prepare monthly and periodical financial MIS Qualifications Required: - Experience with Real estate project accounting - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to build relationships with staff, internal partners, and external vendors - Ability to work independently with professional discretion - Proficiency in Farvision / SAP If you meet the eligibility criteria and are interested in this role, please email your CV to hr@signatureglobal.in.
