Executive - Accounts Payable

As a part of ANSR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and adherence of cost recognition to contracts, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders. Your responsibilities will include establishing a governance process, maintaining documentation for internal reporting, and executing accounting entries during period close activities. Additionally, you will be involved in vendor and stakeholder management, asset management, month-end schedules, and query resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a governance process for accurate cost recognition - Maintain documentation for internal reporting - Execute accounting entries during period close activities - Manage vendors and stakeholders - Handle asset management including CWIP, FAR, Depreciation, and asset retirement - Manage month-end schedules and resolve queries - Prepare schedules for audits and resolve queries related to vendor and asset management - Take the lead in new projects and software enhancements Qualifications Required: - MBA Finance or Commerce Graduate with accounting expertise - Working knowledge of local Indian financial reporting and tax compliance - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Ability to handle confidential information with maturity - Strong communication skills - Capability to work with multiple stakeholders - Demonstrated high degree of ownership This role will provide you with the opportunity to apply your financial knowledge and expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment.
