Job Description

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle bank transactions and perform regular account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budget preparation, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Indian accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Export and International Trade:
- Manage export-related transactions, including invoices, payments, and collections.
- Handle export documentation, licenses, and customs procedures.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange rates and currency fluctuations.
Internal Controls and Systems:
- Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Work with internal departments to streamline accounting processes.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for daily tasks and reporting.
