Manage Financial Transactions:
This involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Accounts receivable would include preparation of invoices to Related parties, Accounting of invoices and receipts, etc. Knowledge of Transfer pricing aspects would be an advantage. Knowledge in accounting of Foreign exchange transactions is a must. This would include Bank related aspects including Bank Reconciliation periodically. Prepare Financial Statements: Executive Accountants may also be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure Compliance: They ensure that the company's financial activities comply with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and laws. Major activities in Compliances would be Goods & Services Tax (GST), Special Economic Zone (SEZ), etc. This individual would be responsible for the Accounts Receivable Life Cycle. Support Budgeting and Financial Planning: May need to assist in the development and execution of budgets, financial forecasts, and other financial plans. Provide Financial Analysis and Reporting: They analyze financial data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement. Support Audits: They collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and concluding GST Audit. Manage Financial Risks: They identify and manage potential financial risks. Maintain Financial Records: They ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records.

Bachelor s Degree in Commerce with CA Inter, ICWA Inter or CA
