How would your role at Navi Look Like? Handle live chats with customers regarding credit on UPI. Provide accurate information about Navis products, services, and policies. Assist customers in multiple languages, ensuring consistent service quality. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Handle outbound calls to resolve customer issues and offer follow-up assistance. Escalate issues to relevant internal or external teams as required What are some good skills for this role? Previous customer support experience, especially in a chat-based environment, is preferred. Exceptional grammar, communication skills & typing including speed and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in rotational shifts. Basic proficiency with chat tools and computer systems. Calling experience is a plus. Languages Known: English with Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam
