Execution Manager

You should have sound knowledge of construction activities and their sequencing. You must be capable of studying and reviewing the drawings before execution to ensure accuracy. It is important to ascertain the project goals, budgets, and overall key factors to effectively manage the project. Reviewing technical building and infrastructure plans and drawings for the project will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You are expected to have a strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities and their sequencing. Preparation of technical reports, cost estimates, and project specifications will be required from your end. Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with safety standards will be a key aspect of your role. Experience in working on high rise buildings is preferred. You should be able to effectively manage the people on site and ensure that the work is progressing according to plan. Forecasting and ensuring the quantities as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities) will be part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for the final handover to the end user. Initiating and ensuring timely approval of additional activities to be carried out apart from the drawings is also expected from you.
