Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify business opportunity
by evaluating Industry/Customers requirement, establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers and recommending solution.
Candidate should be well versed with the products includes
PVC, XLPE Compounds, Masterbatches, wire PVC compound, wire and cable PVC compound.
Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information & guidance.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiates.
Identifies product improvements
or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Generate revenues
by driving business operations. Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities to gain more Market Share.
Travel extensively as per job requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Education - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate, Technical qualification will be preferred.
Experience - 03-10 years experience in Polymer Compounding (Wire & Cable)
Skills - Presentation Skills, Client-relationships, Meeting sales goals, Emphasizing Excellence, Sales planning, Motivation for sales, ,Negotiation.
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics, Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills.
