Job Description

We are seeking an OEM Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order execution, while providing accurate forecasts and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with OEM clients to achieve business growth targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
  • Ensure timely order execution and smooth delivery of products or services.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements and ensure high satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in OEM sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and sales forecasting.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
