As a Customer Success Strategist, you'll be at the heart of our campaign delivery process-ensuring digital campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will serve as the central point of contact between sales, clients, and fulfillment teams, playing a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.The ultimate success metric?

Deliver what was promisedflawlessly and efficientlyto build trust and drive renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and QA onboarding forms before submitting to activation teams
• Track campaign launch timelines and coordinate progress across teams
• Act as the central liaison between sales, clients, and delivery teams
• Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, and fulfillment accuracy
• Proactively flag risks and delivery issues with actionable solutions
• Provide timely updates to clients on campaign status, deliverables, and insights
• Support client retention and renewals with performance analysis and reporting
• Ensure every campaign aligns with client expectations and sales commitments

What Were Looking For:

• 24 years of experience in digital marketing, operations, client success, or project coordination
• Strong understanding of digital channels like Search (SEM), Social, Display, and OTT
• Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership and process-oriented thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience working with ad platforms, fulfillment vendors, or campaign operations teams is a plus
