Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the ExcelHer program at Volvo Group in India, you will have the opportunity to restart your career by joining as an Invoice Processing Specialist. Your role will involve handling invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, coding approval, ICT reconciliation, month close activities, and discrepancy handling. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, focusing on accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you will analyze and resolve blocked or pending invoices, interact with clients/internal team members to resolve queries, and prepare daily reports. Key Responsibilities: - Invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, coding approval, ICT reconciliation, month close activities, discrepancy handling - Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness - Analyzing and resolving blocked or pending invoices - Interacting with clients/internal team members to query and resolve issues - Preparing daily reports and taking responsibility for updating daily operational dashboard and daily team target file Qualifications Required: - Possess strong organizational and time management skills - Effective communication skills both written and verbal - Open to working in shifts as required - Well organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented with a professional attitude - Must be able to follow standard filing procedures - SAP knowledge is a must About the Company: Volvo Group is committed to shaping the future landscape of efficient, safe, and sustainable transport solutions.
