Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Counsel students on suitable competitive exams (SSC, Banking, CUET, UPSC, RRB, etc.) based on their goals.
Explain exam patterns, eligibility, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
Recommend appropriate ADDA courses, batches, and test series.
Assist students with exam registration, form filling, and important updates.
Create basic study plans and monitor student progress.
Resolve student queries via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate counselling records and daily reports.
Coordinate with academic and sales teams for smooth student onboarding.
Ensure high student satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
