Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event operations, with a background in fabrication, vendor management, and hardware knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning:
Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring effective execution.
Vendor Management:
Identify and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Fabrication Oversight:
Oversee the fabrication of event materials and coordinate setup.
Technical Support:
Maintain knowledge of audio-visual equipment and troubleshoot issues on-site.
On-site Management:
Supervise operations during events to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in event operations or a related role preferred.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and vendor management.
Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and event hardware.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
