Events Marketing Manager

As a Business Development Manager in our marketing and events team, you will play a key role in bringing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, delivering engaging presentations, collaborating with internal teams for successful event execution, and coordinating with Business Development Executives and Client Servicing Representatives for effective client follow-ups. Your primary duties will involve: - Proactively seeking new clients and business prospects within the events and marketing sector. - Cultivating and maintaining strong rapport with existing clients. - Crafting and presenting compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. - Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless event management. - Providing guidance and support to the Business Development and Client Servicing teams for daily operations. - Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns aligned with event initiatives. - Representing the company at various meetings, networking events, and industry functions to showcase our services. - Monitoring and managing leads, gathering client feedback, and overseeing project advancements. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3-6 years of experience in business development or client servicing within the events and marketing industry. - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. - Confidence in client interactions and deal closures. - Strong team coordination and organizational skills. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Knowledge of marketing campaigns and event logistics. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off.
