The Corporate Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, conferences, meetings, product launches, and internal functions, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with the companys brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage corporate events, conferences, meetings, and exhibitions.
Develop event concepts, timelines, and execution plans.

Travel across India as required to plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events
Coordinate with hotels, venues, vendors, and service providers.
Negotiate with hotels and vendors for best rates and contracts.
Research and shortlist suitable hotels and venues as per event requirements and budget.
Manage event budgets and control costs effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for branding, marketing, and communications.
Oversee on-site event execution and handle last-minute issues.
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.
Prepare post-event reports and analyze event performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
3 to 6 years of experience
in corporate event management.
Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
