Events Assistant Operation Manager

You will be working as an Assistant Operations Manager at Absolute Entertainment Pvt Ltd in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Your primary role will involve assisting in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors and suppliers, communicating with clients, managing event logistics, supervising on-site operations, and handling administrative tasks. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of event planning experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, and you should be able to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers. - Communicate with clients to meet event needs. - Manage event logistics, set-up, and breakdown. - Monitor event budgets and timelines. - Supervise event execution on-site. - Handle administrative tasks like scheduling and reporting. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field. - 2-3 years of event planning experience. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
