Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Event Sales & Delegate Acquisition Executive. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving sales for events, acquiring delegates, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delegate acquisition and event sales targets for various IHW Council events.
• Identify, reach out to, and convert potential delegates and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the marketing and event management teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain and update CRM/database of leads and conversions.
• Attend industry events and network to generate leads and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales and delegate acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
