Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Event Sales & Décor Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and client-facing skills — responsible for driving event sales, conceptualizing décor themes, and ensuring flawless execution that matches client expectations and brand quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and manage new business leads for weddings, social, and corporate events.

· Meet clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budgets.

· Develop customized décor concepts and presentations to pitch to clients.

· Collaborate with vendors, fabricators, and internal teams for décor execution.

· Supervise on-site décor setup, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

· Maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

· Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and sales reports.

· Keep track of event trends, décor innovations, and market insights.

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of experience in event sales, client servicing, or event décor (freshers with strong passion can apply).

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong aesthetic sense and creative vision for décor setups.

· Ability to multitask and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or SketchUp) is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
