Event Planner

As an Event Planner at Mid-Day, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing on-ground events and promotional activities. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of events. You will be in charge of handling event logistics, timelines, and budgets, as well as maintaining event reports and documentation. Additionally, you will be required to be present on-site to manage the event and address any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2-3 years of experience in handling on-ground events and promotions. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are a must, along with strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required. We are looking for someone who is smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about events.
