Event Planner - Kids Birthday Event

You will be a part of the kids events team at Hafla and support the Dubai-based category manager in managing birthday event inquiries. Your main responsibilities will include curating birthday packages by coordinating with kids venues, entertainers, and decorators, maintaining an updated database of kids event suppliers, supporting planners with creative ideas tailored to children's events, tracking inquiries and confirmations in CRM, and assisting in preparing proposals and supplier shortlists for planners. Your role is crucial in ensuring exciting and well-organized kids party experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Curate birthday packages by coordinating with kids venues, entertainers, and decorators. - Maintain an updated database of kids event suppliers such as venues, magicians, mascots, inflatables, and decorators. - Support planners with creative ideas and supplier suggestions specifically tailored to children's events. - Track inquiries, quotations, and confirmations in CRM. - Assist in preparing proposals and supplier shortlists for planners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1-4 years of experience). - Prior experience in working with kids venues, birthday events, or children's entertainment is highly preferred. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic/Tagalog is a plus. - Proficiency in CRM tools and vendor management systems.,
