Event Planner - Kids Birthday Event

Role Overview: You will be a vital part of the kids events team at Hafla, supporting the Dubai-based category manager in handling birthday event inquiries. Your responsibilities will include curating birthday packages, coordinating with kids venues, entertainers, and decorators, as well as ensuring that supplier data is kept up-to-date. By providing assistance to planners and offering creative ideas and supplier suggestions tailored to children's events, you will play a key role in ensuring exciting and well-organized kids party experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Curate birthday packages by collaborating with kids venues, entertainers, and decorators. - Maintain an updated database of kids event suppliers including venues, magicians, mascots, inflatables, dcor, etc. - Support planners by providing creative ideas and tailored supplier suggestions for children's events. - Track inquiries, quotations, and confirmations using CRM systems. - Assist in the preparation of proposals and supplier shortlists for planners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (14 years of experience). - Previous experience in kids venues, birthday events, or children's entertainment is highly preferred. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of Arabic/Tagalog is a plus. - Proficiency in CRM tools and vendor management systems.,
