As an Event Operations Specialist, your role will be full-time and on-site in Gurugram. You will play a crucial part in handling communication, providing administrative support, delivering excellent customer service, managing accounting tasks, drafting MOU's, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing office administration duties. Your responsibilities will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of backend operations and logistics management. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills. Your expertise in administrative assistance and office administration will be vital, along with a good understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in either the Microsoft Office suite or Google Suite is necessary, and attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Any prior experience in event management or the entertainment industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this position.,
