We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Production Specialist to join our team! If you have 4-5 years of experience in event production, expertise in creating accurate costing sheets, and strong vendor management skills, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed costing sheets to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality event execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into impactful presentations.
• Create polished presentations (PPTs) that reflect the clients brief and our brand standards.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in cost management, vendor negotiation, and client communication.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
