Event Operations Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Event Operations Intern to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and execute end to end global B2B / corporate summits, conferences, and seminars2. Develop event concepts and themes that align with company objectives and audience preferences3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events4. Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget5. Source and negotiate with 4-5 star hotels6. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics and services9. Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in event management, or related field2. Experience in end to end corporate event planning and management3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as requiredJob

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
