Event Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Promotions & Audience Acquisition:
Drive event awareness through digital campaigns, partnerships, social media, and email marketing. Own audience acquisition targets and optimize conversion funnels.
Execution & Coordination:
Manage logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of webinars, workshops, conferences, and community events.
Post-Event Engagement:
Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and implement post-event nurturing strategies to maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging and ensure event success.

Preferred Qualifications

12 years of experience in
event marketing
, ideally within
product or EdTech
environments.
Proven track record of managing events from a marketing lens — including strategy, promotion, and post-event engagement.
Experience with both
online and offline events
.
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Zoom, Eventbrite, or similar platforms is a plus.
